A Note From Me

• I built Budgo with the sole purpose of replacing Google Sheets and Excel, which I'd been using for years to track expenses across all kinds of projects — fighting with formulas and trying to figure out how to build charts along the way.
• I wanted something that simplified the process, looked and felt amazing, and was genuinely a joy to use. Helpful features, not just things added for the sake of it.

Budgos

• Create projects — or "Budgos" as I like to call them (Budget on the go) — for trips, personal projects, birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, you name it!

Sharing

• Friends kept asking me about my trips and how much they actually cost, so I built a way to answer that in one tap: share a Budgo straight to a text message or to your Instagram story, or save it as an image to send however you like.

Adding Expenses

• Adding expenses is seamless, and smart autofill helps you breeze through manually adding them.
• I took it up a notch and built automatic Apple Pay import, so your purchases are added the moment you pay with your phone. Follow the instructions in the app's Settings to enable this.

Widgets

• Nowadays widgets are mandatory, and Budgo doesn't hold back. Small and medium widgets let you track your Budgos right from your Home Screen.
• Have an idea on the go? Tap the add reminder button on a widget and it'll open Budgo straight to adding that to-do item, so you never forget it.

Currencies and Profiles

• Choose between 160 currencies.
• Create different profiles with different currencies or purposes — Business, Personal, Travel, you name it!

Categories

• Create as many categories as you want and edit the default ones. Make the app your own.

Payment Methods

• Keep track of the payment methods you've used and see a breakdown of all your spending.

Expenses

• A dedicated Expenses screen tracks all your expenses regardless of Budgo.
• Charts, advanced search, timelines, and spending budgets help you see the full picture.

Booking Help

• Get help booking flights, hotels, rentals, and more — fully editable, so if you just need a shortcut to Skyscanner, remove the rest and make it your own.
